insanely itchy

I started producing and leaking colostrum this week, and omg my nips are tender and so so itchy! The rest of my body is itchy too. I can barely concentrate at work for all the irritation. I can't wait to go home and shower!

I've been using Palmer's skin therapy oil after showering with an oatmeal body wash. It really helped today. I also broke down and bought lanolin for my nipples. Finally having a calm skin day!

Same issues here! Itching so much! I take benadryl if I need it. Lotion on my hands & belly and nipple cream.

I'm 28w and my belly and breast itch as well. I also use palmers coconut stretchmark lotion once I get out the shower as well as vaseline cocoa butter lotion. It helps for the most part. I've been told by many friends try not to scratch especially durwcrly on your bare skin. Apparently scratching causes stretchmarks. As for your nipples being tender I've been using nipple cream and it has relieved my pain. Hope this helps.

I use cocoa butter vaseline with Palmer's shea butter lotion right after getting out the shower because I have really bad dry skin and it also itches and it works for me! Or you also can try raw shea butter you van get that at the beauty supply store
