baby measurements @ 38 wks

Hello all,
I will be 38 weeks tomorrow FTM and today I had my weekly check up with my OB. I'm now 2cm dialated!!  So excited I'm getting close to due date but my concern is I was told my baby head, legs, arms are measuring 35 wks and her chest and stomach are measuring 38 wks my OB warned me I might need a c- section? If I try to deliver vaginally my babys
Head will come out but the shoulders or chest might get stuck? Im scheduled to get a 2 and opinion with a high risk MD on Friday. Should I be concern? Has anybody been thru this before? I'm scared since I'm a FTM.
Please help with any advise!

Thanks for the advise... my baby is already head down and preparin to come there concern is her shoulders and chest part are measuring bigger than her head which there telling me it would be difficult to deliver vaginally. Baby might get stuck and I have to end up with a c section... plus they said u/ s are not 100% accurate. So there sending me for 2nd opinion.. hopefully the first u/ s is wrong: (

Ask about the maneuvers that can be done to help a breech baby turn head down. My friend just had that done and her baby turned head down 24h later
