I'm due August 11th, still working full time and going to school so "relax" is not in my vocab at the moment. But only about 2 more weeks of that crazy lifestyle. Good luck ladies, were almost there!!

The fan and a/c running use to help, but I still get hot and wake up in a cold sweat. Im so tired and over this in a couple days it will be one month left of this I cant wait ! I cant take this anymore.

I use a magnesium supplement called calm.  It helps to relax your muscles so is really great if you have leg cramps and is great for headaches during early pregnancy as well.

Nothing really helps me anymore. I now have contractions every day and I'm only 34 weeks. I walk around like a zombie all slow, moaning all the way with complains. I look a mess and am sweaty all the time.  Lol oh well. So you're due in Aug? My due date is Aug too but I have gd so Dr is going to induce me 2 weeks earlier , and that's if my little one doesn't come before. Good luck. Try taking baths and some herbal teas to relax you.
