is it normal for a previous c section scar to hurt during 30 weeks of pregnancy?

In 2007 I had an emergency c-section with my daughter. It's been 6 years now and I'm currently 30 weeks pregnant but there's a certain part of my scar that really hurts me. When I cough sneeze or stand up to long it feels like my skin in ripping open. I spoke to my doctor about it and he said it was normal. Does any one else have or had this problem? If so my real question is what can I do too make it feel better?

I had my c section in 2004 and im now 33 weeks and it hurts inside and out all the time esp when she kicks that area (baby currently breech) mu dr said its bc ok the old scar tissue and to use a heating pad or warm wash clothe to help with the pain. The heating pad actually helps as long as its wrapped and not turned on super high.

I have had 2 previous c-sections and never had pain in my scar, although I do have pain when I sneeze or cough occasionally in my lower abdominal muscles which my doctor says is most likely from scar tissue inside but nothing to worry about.
