oh - a safety pin right under the pull on your zipper, if you can't get it to zip all the way up, that will keep it in place
don't want an open fly ;)_
I should start taking it again. I went through a phase where that and Colace weren't doing ANYTHING for me, so I started eating different cereal and having apple sauce, but I could probably use some Metamucil in my life... And I LOVE that rubber band idea.
Also, LOTS of water if you aren't already. It's going to make you feel full, but it also helps with regularity, which can help with the bloating. A gallon a day.
i have put a rubber band through the button hole of my pants, then fold it in half and hook it on the the button. then wear a long shirt.
I also found that taking a fiber supplement like Metamucil has really helped reduce the bloated feeling, as it keep everything moving regularly
I've been struggling with this since around then, honestly. Yesterday I decided I'm committing to only elastic waist bands until I'm wearing maternity clothes because I feel so uncomfortable in my clothes (I'm 10w2d). It comes and goes. Try not to give in to your food cravings and gain too much weight and it will help a little. You could also look into a button extender or belly band for your pants.
I'm almost 8weeks and look 3-4 months. some of it is.bloating.but if you.push.you can.def. feel.my uterus. I've had 2 boys and this is.my 4th pregnancy so.they say the.more babies you have.the.sooner you.show. and cramping is.pretty.normal early.on can be gas.or.everything moving and adjusting but if it.becomes severe then.id.get checked out. good luck.
Thank you im trying to keep this one a secret until I know everything is all good but none of my clothes fit :(
You're probably just really bloated, lol. At five weeks I was definitely feeling huge from bloating. Also, your digestion slows down, so the feelings in your upper abdomen could be your stomach adjusting.
