Numb Woman Parts, Anyone?

I'm 36+1 today and lately I've developed a symptom where if I'm sitting down for very long, even if I move around or cross/uncross my legs and all that, my entire crotch/groin/backside goes to sleep.
I mean full on completely numb, like if you had someone sit on your leg until you couldn't feel your foot anymore. I'm bringing it up Monday at my OB appointment, it's completely harmless as far as I can tell.
Just wondering if anyone else has this or has had this before.

I'll be 38 weeks tomorrow and I can't say I've had numbness in my group or backside area but when I was between week 25 and 33 I had numbness up under my breasts I spoke to my Dr and she said he was just hitting a nerve so I guess it all depends on how they're laying. ... I've dropped now so he's not as high but it is definitely not a comfortable feeling lol

I feel that as well, Im 30 weeks 3days. I think it has to do with baby position (hitting a nerve). I feel numb a lot and as Ashleyy73 mentioned my hands/legs are numb when I wake up. Very annoying feeling but as she said after a few minutes it goes away.

Sounds something similar to me, every time I wake up my hands and legs hurt so bad nd feel like they want to get numb but jus feel extra swollen nd cant squeeze my hands or bend my legs too fast. I jus wait a couple minutes to get my feeling back nd it goes away til the next time I wake up. Ive read something about something putting pressure on your nerves, cant really remember but im sure its normal. Im 38 weeks btw.
