200 MG a day of caffeine is what they say is okay. I don't even bother. Take a brisk walk in the middle of the day, eat healthy, and nap when you can.
Do you have a smoothie place around d where you are? They are all natural delicious and surprisingly packed full of vitamins that will give you energy from a natural source...if you don't/can't make them yourself

Oh, FYI, my midwife told me that small amounts of caffeine are fine... So maybe if you took half a bottle of Mt Dew. Hope you get some energy.
