is yelling bad ?
Everytime i stress or yell or just mad for a while when i calm down i lay there and my baby doesnt move for like 10 minutes is he scared or what?

When you get stressed and angry your body release hormones like cortisol that are very bad and damaging to baby. Women who are chronically stressed during pregnancy risk preterm birth and other complications. It is also speculated high stress effects the brain development of babies and can increase the likelihood of having emotional, behavioral, and learning disabilities later in life. So do what ever you can to stay cool as a cucumber!
