itch.. ouch.

Past few nights I've been woken up (as well as throughout the day) by insanely itchy knees. When I've scratched them it looks like a - the inside bit that isn't quite the thigh -single white ring where a bump has formed. Tonight however I've scratched myself to the point it now stings like a burn and bled for a second. Any idea how I can medicate this please? I itch most places but my knees are the worst. Thank you in advance x

Cortisone cream is just an anti itch cream, they sell it in different percentages, depending on how bad the itch is. Anything topical won't hurt the baby, so you can choose which ever one you want. If it's really bad you can take regular Benadryl, that's safe to take while pregnant but it does cause drowsiness.

Yeah - that's exactly it a red rash! Thought it was heat rash at first but it couldn't be that consistent surely. I've never heard of that cream but will look it up, thankyou megmegcleve x

Use some cortisone cream that works for me. I have almost the same thing happening to me. I have a rash on the inside of both knees.
