Oh boy did I have this during my second trimester. I can't say it's the exact same thing because I'm not a doctor but the symptoms you've described are the same. I couldn't even put my pants on or hardly stand up it got so bad. But they said it was round ligament pain. It can cause pain in your groin and into your legs or even your ribs. It's part of the ligaments stretching so the baby can grow. I thought something was horribly wrong but the reassured me it was normal as long as no bleeding. You could always call and ask a nurse at your doc office. Hope you feel better.
