And ruled out a yeast infection , i started on Monistat 7 along with Cortizone 10 im poo n my second tube for both and nothing changes still no discharge or smell , nothing visible its just very itchy,  irritated and uncomfortable.. my question is has it happened to any of you mommies if so what did you use to treat it ???? I have that on occasion but it's on the outside of the labia on my left side next to my leg. I feel like a male when I get that itch but it never sticks around

Sounds like you aren't producing enough mucus around the vagina. I had it after a urinary track infection and the antibiotics caused my lack of it. I had to put the Ph level in balance again and wiped it with vagina wipes that contains the right environment for the vagina. Read the label carefully and do research what's available near you. After a couple of days it started going back to normal and now Im fine. I had already quit the antibiotics at that time. It's really uncomfortable with an itchy and dry vagina so I can't imagine how you bare with it for a whole month, I had it for almost two weeks and was going crazy!
