Just finished the dextrose (I think that is what we are drinking) for the glucose test......orange flavor.....it is not as bad as everyone describes it on these boards. It tastes like a cheap juice from a gas station or corner store.

Well, I'm allergic to dextrose.  I really hope I don't have to take that test...

When you take the one hour test.. Its 50mg.. Kinda tastes like soda.. But for the three hour its 100mg of sugar.. That one tastes like orange syrup, I haven't gotten nauseous my whole pregnancy but that crap had me about to puke.. Hopefully you don't have to take that one

My stomach is hardly empty unfortunately......I ate 5 hrs before my test. I will probably get called back for a 2nd test

I personally think its just when you take it since its on an empty stomic that it makes alot of women feel sick
