just a concern need some advice

I really need some advice today I went swimming at a friends house and her pool and you know how the pool is full chlorine i swallow a little bit of the water but I don't know if it's going to harm the baby because of the chlorine and after that about 2 to 3 hours after my stomach started cramping really bad there's no bleeding or anything its just feel cramping really bad and I don't know what to do I just don't want the chlorine to hurt the bby

Yea! Not saying its good for you of course, but don't stress, if you start vomiting or got stomachs burns then I'd be concerned. Drink lots of water though.

Although its not good for you, I think that the ratio of chemicals to water, and tgr small amount you swallowed won't cause any harm. Drink lots of water to filter your system. You were probably crampy/sore from the actual swim. Did you know that baby carrots are dipped in a chlorine bath?! Dont stress hun, I think your fine.
