just need to rant

So I'm 6 weeks 3 days today and went for my first ultrasound. The baby is looking great and hearing the heartbeat was amazing. I was so ecstatic. Then later tonight my sister sends me a picture of a positive pregnancy test, she's now carrying her second little accident (not being mean). My husband and I tried for a year and a half before finally conceiving with medicinal help. It's just so frustrating. I feel like she's taking away from my special time, like she always has since we were kids. It might seem petty to some, but I needed to get it out there because my mom and husband don't seem to understand why I'm so hurt right now.

Omg at least someone gets me right now. I'm so afraid I'll lose my baby too, just because so many bad things have happened in the last 6 months. Maybe it's just my hormones,my it's grief over losing my dad 6 months ago tomorrow. It's just been rough.

It does sound frustrating.  My younger sister just found out she was pregnant a few weeks ago and I found out Friday that I and my as well. I can't deny that there is a feeling of wanting the time to be special and just for me especially since this is my first child and her second. I guess I look at it as being able to have someone else go through the ups and downs of pregnancy with. Remember,  we can't let anyone stress us out. Our babies need us no matter what.

I know exactly how you feel! My sister does the same thing! I had a miscarriage and a couple months later my sis was prego with her 1st. Then about 2 years later found I was prego and unfortunately she was still born at 28 weeks. I was devastated. About 2 months later her and her new bf were prego. She said she did it because we needed happiness in the family... whatever! I found out I was prego when my sis was 6 months along. She made the biggest deal that I got pregnant to take the attention from her. Mind you that I am freaking out about losing another child that my husband and I really wanted. Luckily I was able to have 2 healthy children. I found out I was prego with my 3rd with an IUD. Scared out of my mind! Luckily he is safe and sound, 29 weeks today! My sis is mad because she can't seem to get prego with her new bf. Yes, this will be 3 kids with 3 different dads! She has them to have them. She isn't the best mom and she loves being able to pawn them off to their dads on the weekends so she can party. So I would be mad like you are to have your sis come in and try to take the attention!

It's probably your hormones. I was pregnant with 3 of my sister's and the cousins love each other to death
