So I was talking to my mom today and found out my fiance's mom made up these baby shower invitations and they are super ugly and very hard to read but I was like oh well my mom and his mom are supposed to work this all out..... hahaha and come to find out its more one sided :-/ but I guess we will see how it works out in the end I just hope there is no fighting.... I also thought maybe I should say something but then I was thinking do I really need that stress right now to be in the middle again when I just gotten out if that.... what do you all think? Has this happened before to you?

Lol thanks ladies I have been just sitting back the only this I had concern for was the invitations I had a hard time reading what they were saying and if I had trouble I know some of the elderly will too lol all good tho thank you all :-)

My mom said she was throwing me a baby shower and I told her I wanted nothing to do with it. I don't wanna know anything about it before hand and it turned out beautiful. I was so lucky and blessed to have at least 30 people come. I am so glad I left it up to her becuase it was less stress on me and I know that if I knew anything, and it wasn't really what I wanted I'd go crazy trying to fix everything. In the end, no one is gonna notice bad detail, they're there for you and the life you're creating, we're all human no one is perfect.  Appreciate what's being done for you, relax and just let it happen, some people aren't fortunate to have such generous people in their lives. Us ladies just happen to be loved more than some. So if it's something they're planning I say forget about it until the day comes, either way you're still getting stuff for your baby and you'll still be surrounded by people who love you. :) ♡ ♡ ♡ :)

im plaining my own shower i know someone should be  doing it for me but this was.i can have it the way i want my moms helping me but i have probley spent 200 on it so far:-\

I wouldn't say anything and just use the invites they got. Even if they are ugly will anyone really notice?  Even if people did no one will say anything and just tell your mom not to let MIL make too many bad decisions...or give her specific tasks. The girls who are planning my shower only told me this week I have to get invitations myself and they will be here only like 10 days before the shower super ******! I tell you these showers can be super stressful.
