To help myself relax, I have a nice warm bath (maybe have candles) nice bubble bath too, my gait tied back and just enjoy of the bath. Close you're eyes and just relax. Just make time for yourself. Bath helps with everything. X
Well I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels this way... I was beginning to feel like a bad mom cause I'm just so miserable and I feel like I should be enjoying this to the fullest but it's so hard.thanks ladies for all the support and your stories
30w 3d here & I swear I cnt take it anymore either. I can barely make it to class on timer because I dont sleep & by tha time I FINALLY fall asleep my alarm is going off . Back on 1000. Body pillow just ends up irritating me so it makes it to that floor everynight. I could go on & on lol
I love being pregnant but at 33 weeks I'm just ready to stop hurting. I started crying yesterday when my husband suggested I take a nap. I want to sleep, but my body hurts so much.
I'm also there! 32 wks, and so uncomfortable. Yesterday I went from having a great day, up and shopping and finishing setting up the nursery and then everything hit all at once. My body hurts and is tight and my Braxton hicks are getting worse, I have debilitating back pain, and my bladder feels like it's going to explode from pressure but I don't need to pee. I'm praying that my baby boy makes his arrival early. 7 1/2 more wks of this seems impossible!
I hear ya! I'm 33 weeks and just over it all lol just excited for the lil one to be here
Ask your doctor about unisom for sleeping & nausea. It's an OTC, non habit forming medication. I was told it was originally made for nausea. If you're nauseous, my doc prescribed zofran & phenergan, which helped me (I prefer phenergan). I also agree with the comment about trying to do things that relax you. Even if it helps just a little, it'll be worth it! :)
Do things to relax get your hair nails and toes done and maybe go shopping for your little one ... You have to relax stressing while pregnant is not good can cause high blood pressure and you don't want that on your self or the baby
