If you worked out prior to baby a lot you can continue a little less of the activity. Just listen to your body-something you would normally push thru may not be a wise decision while pregnant. As far as being worried about weight every woman is different. The most important thing is the quality of food you are eating and I go off my dr. Advice. "You don't have to 'eat for two' simply an extra apple and a yogurt will give you the additional 300 calories per day you need". Take a prenatal with all the necessary supplements.
I can't work out cause of complications. But I'm 14 weeks and already gained 30 lbs. Everybody is different some gain more some gain less some don't gain at all
