So I got my results from my ultrasound that I got done on Monday it says my cervix is high and closed but im 3cm dilated wat does this mean? Will I have my baby earlier then I should?

Not necessarily, you can stay dilated at a certain number for months and months before labor. Especially if baby hasn't dropped and your cervix is closed. You should be just fine.
