Okay ladies I'm a ftm currently 25weeks . I see when alot of women go into labor they time there contractions..how do you do that?I'm so lost lol

Oh okay so basically everytime i have a contraction i could how many i get by a certain amount of time? I think i got it lol
Every time u feel a contraction(sharp pain with tightening in belly) u look at a clock. Do it for an hour and see how much time is in between them and if its the same or increasing call your OB. Hope I explained that well lol
