Horrible migraine

I have a terrible migraine brought on by dancing and loud music at my cousin's wedding last night. I'm 11+4 and debating on actually taking Tylenol. I know it's technically safe... But I was trying to hold off on taking anything medicinal until after the first trimester. What would you do?

Thanks ladies! I have been laying down all day in a dark room with a wet washcloth on my head. But every time I get up to pee, my head starts pounding again. :(

I went through the same thing.... but ended up taking the Tylenol, about 3 times maybe.  I stopped bc it doest help me.  Can u get a massage?? This really helped me.  Also some tiger balm or icy hot on ur neck up to ur head.  Ice on temples and nap in a cold, dark room with a humidifier on if possible.  Good luck!

Drink plenty of fluid and maybe try and cooler pack on your head and just lay down in a dark room and rest x
