I'm on baby number 4 and get it around 30 Weeks every time if not before. This time it started around20 Weeks. Its just ligaments and things stretching and getting ready. If its to bad your Dr can send you to physical therapy. Just bring it up to them.

Get your midwife to refer you to the physio. Also I ordered a maternity sliding sheet online to help me turning in bed and its great. Didnt have any pops or cracks just a lot of pain. Good luck!

I'm 40+ weeks and the popping and cracking is horrible! Just gettin up from sitting is painful. When I asked my doc about it he said it was parts of the pelvis getting loose for labor.

Oh trust me its not too early. I have had hip pain since around 10 weeks and pops and cracks since about 15. I went to the chiropractor and I feel better but because things are moving he said it will come back.
