lack of sleep

Hi,
Just found out am pregnant around 4 weeks so excited my first baby however I seem to be extremely tired am finding it hard to sleep at night then in the day il find am falling to sleep at work anything I can do?

No, you're def not alone. Its also hard too because I can't be sure if it's just the pregnancy or lack of caffeine. Hahaha

Awwww congrats to you to hun, so exciting also nerve wrecking I was hoping it wasn't just me struggling as I've been getting home after work in the evening jumping in the bath then straight to bed find myself wide awake, up till 1 am strange I love my sleep lol xx

Congrats! I'm 6 weeks tomorrow, and this is my first as well. I've been taking naps when I get home from work, and when I don't, I just go to bed early. If I go to bed early though, I find myself waking up at 2-3am.

Thanks am over the moon 2 years been waiting for this just pop I just seem to be tired constantly have the odd cramps with this being my first just worried hopefully I will do by then x

Congratulations!! I'm a FTM currently 38 weeks. I slept a ton 1st trimester and would often take naps right after work which seemed to help. You'll get your energy back by around 12 weeks
