You can also try 5oz of beer or hard cider the year really helps your milk develop
Fenugreek, mothers milk, milk thissel (not sure on spelling). Anti histamine (benadryl, zyrtec, clartin, ect) can dry up your milk so be careful.
Fenugreek does wonders!!!
I tried this stuff called Motherlove - more milk plus. It is a natural supplement. I think i wanted too long to get it and my supply was basically gone by the time i bought it. But friends of mine swear by it.
