Positive its even on a list of meds pregnant women can take that they gave me at my first appointment. I was having issues around 20 weeks with heartburn and they told me to take a zantac with a glass of water. I still use it and I'm now 39+2 and baby is health by according to ultrasound

Zantac! Take it with a glass of water. I had the same issue! This was recommended by my Dr and works great! Its safe for pregnant women.

I eat organic red apples. They neutralize the acidity in your stomach which stops the heartburn. It's the only thing that works for me. And laying on my left side is the only way I can sleep.

Drink milk and lay on your left side, it's the only thing that helps me. Tums make me nauseous

Try drinking a tall glass of milk slowly and or try the minty tums! They really help within seconds! The fruit kind doesn't!  Hope this helps!
