Ours is 300 for three classes three hours long over three weeks. We will be learning a few things each week about feeding, what babies do how to care for them, change nappies, bath, give medicine, basic first aid, post natal care for me and signs of depression etc.. I feel it's worth it but I it were just on birthing I wouldn't be paying that much.
Wow thats expensive! Those classes are useless, unless ur like really that nervous and unsure abot giving birth, lol. Its understandable for first timers but I never used it.
I am taking child birth classes through the hospital and they are free. Check with the hospital and see if they have free classes.
Wow, that's really expensive. Ours was $45 for 3 days for 3 hours each class. $200 is ridiculous and could def be used for the baby
I took one birthing class... they help ease your fears sometimes but I don't think they really help. If you get epidural you don't need classes and if you are doing it natural then the pain will make you foRget what you learned. Its better to just Google relaxation techniques and practice using them. That way you can pick the ones that work for you. You can find a bigger selection of things you can do during labor to help...
Yes, just YouTube it. You'll learn the same things anyway. As long as you practice and apply what you learned, it should still be good. Save your money for other important things
Yeah im pretty sure I can fine them classes on youtube. I do want to take a yoga class. I think that's definitely going to help me. They have a studio in my area that's extremely cheap.
Exactly.. That xtra money could be for our maternity pics or something else baby needs. That's like some people plan their own baby shower. But I feel if I have to plan my own shower then it's pointless because that money could go towards my baby not a shower
At kaiser here they are $96 and I feel like that's extra money I could spend on the baby so we're gonna pass on classes
