I only have 20 days left before my lil one is expected to come. For the last week I've been experiencing horrible morning sickness to the point I can only eat once to twice a day and it only be a pack of crackers or something little like that. I'm also extremely weak. Any suggestions
How about protein shakes/smoothies? Shakes can have good protein, carb, fat ratio to keep you going, just watch the sugar content. Or make fruit/veggie smoothies with protein powder
