Just be patient your not really suppose to start gaining weight till your second trimester which is when morning sickness should go away(I say should cause every pregnancy is different) in the mean time try drinking mint tea or have anything light and minty even mint gum helped me
my doctor recommended eating lots of carbs, brown rice, multi grain bread, pasta, noodles. it has really been helping
also vitamin B6 is supposed to help
