I used dreft with my 1st. I now only use all natural dye free laundry detergents. I get mine in bulk from Sam's club. I just don't like the idea of extra chemicals for my family.

ALL laundry detergent is great, fragrant and dye free. I have to use it for my husband and son's eczema so I just use it for me and my daughter too

I just have always done a dye and fragrance free. I started with deft but only because I got some for my baby shower but at 10$ for a small bottle I said forget it!!

I never used anything special like tresky. But obviously if I saw a change in the skin I'd switch to see if it was the detergent.

Ive always used my regular detergent,Gain with my baby clothes. Ive never had a problem with skin problems in my kids though. If I noticed any irritation Id switch

Personally I would use dye free and fragrance free for the first bit and slowly add your normal detergent to see how their skin reacts. I used All free and clear with my first. I think I bought it once and once that was close to gone I started with a few onsies in our regular loads to see how he reacted then switched because he had no reactions.  Hope that helps.
