I had them through most of my pregnancy and when I told my doctor she prescribed magnesium tablets. They are called magnetrans here in Germany. They give me instant relief. I am in week 37 now and only take them once in a while but its still very effective.

I've had restless legs for years from celiac disease before I cut out gluten, and it came back when I got pregnant. Eat a banana every day and also drink silk almond milk. It has added calcium and it's been working for me the past few nights. Hopefully it works for you like it does me! Good luck!

I'm 38 weeks and have been getting them on and off the whole pregnancy.  They hurt! I think I'm not drinking enough water

Now that I'm thinking about it i actually haven't had any the last few weeks. But they were very painful when i did have them. Nothing would work to stop it but tho get up and "walk it off". i hope they don't come back.

Is it like a restless feeling like you want to move them? I get that at 23 week's. ...If it's cramps eat bananas and drink milk.

The last few nights I have. It's hard to explain the feeling I get in my legs but it keeps me up and I can't get comfortable. Also 22.2
