There is a powder named "CRAMPS" m using. Its really effective with yummy orange flavour. 2 tspoons twice daily. Worked 4 me
Look up foods with higher potassium about than bananas. Between the water and massaging I would guess you need a food with higher about of potassium than a banana! :-) GOOD luck!

Also I eat a banana everyday at lunch since my leg cramps started! It took 3 days of eating them but I haven't had any leg cramps in about 2 weeks! Hope it helps you! The mustard thing was to nasty for me!

Happened to me too. Tried massage your legs everyday to create blood flow. I massage my legs after hot shower everyday. It works for me. Or you can have your partner do it :)
