ligament pains

Ok mommies, I am 31 weeks and for the past 2 days my pelvic bone feels like its being smashed with a hammer and ripped apart by the jaws of life....sounds dramatic but I am not kidding.lol.I have had hg throughout the entire pregnancy with reflux that has gotten so bad my stomach has bled but it has pushed me to the point that I feel like I can overcome anything...but this is a whole new level!! It is keeping me up at night and I can hardly move my legs when im laying down.just rolling over is terrible!! I dont remember this with my daughter who is now 6. What can I do and are ligament pains this painful for anyone else?

Try sleeping with a big fluffy pillow between your knees all the way down to your ankles or sleeping on your back but propped up some. Im on my third pregnancy and didnt have these problems with my first but with my second it got soooo bad i cried every time i lifted my legs to put my pants on. Also try a maternity belt while walking or standing. Hot baths also!
