light cramps

Hi ladies, im currently 10 weeks pregnant and since yesterday have had the most annoying persistant light abdominal cramping, i might add that i dont have any bleeding. This is my second pregnancy.. first one ended in a missed miscarriage at 7weeks. Am i just getting paranoid or is this normal when  the uterus expands to make room for bean? Any advise will be appreciated

Thank you soo much for your comments. I feel so much better knowing that its normal. I will try drinking more water and just relax. Ive not had any bleeding but probably just thinking the worst. X

My dr said that the cramping is bc the uterus is expanding and it is completely normal. There are reasons to bleed throughout pregnancy. But if you do begin bleeding contact your dr asap.

It's normal as long as there is no excessive bleeding. Try drinking more water, it should help with the cramping. I'm almost 14 weeks and I'm still cramping every now and then.
