Up until i was 20 weeks food want allowed to be cooked in our house unless if it was a frozen pizza. Idk why but that was the only thing i could smell wo getting sick everywhere!! I'll be 30 weeks on Fri w my 1st and still cannot eat chicken (which use to be all i ate for meat for years) but can finally handle some meat. Good luck and I hope it passes soon!

How far along are you? Im 6 weks and 4 days and i have felt a little sick but nothing compared to what most of my friends felt at my stage. I try to eat bland foods about every 3 to 4 hours and my fiance does the cooking most of the times. Also citrus especially in the morning helps me . I dont know if im not experiencing much sickness because of this type of eating habit or its just that i dont get nausea but i hope this helps.
