losing weight
Anyone know if nutritional drinks are safe I'm losing weight and already small before pregnancy.
I drank ensure for the first trimester with my 1st baby because I had a hard time keeping food down. She was born perfectly healthy.
I drank the Walmart brand Ensure shakes since I had a hard time eating and couldn't stomach meat. I got the extra protein ones to make up for what I wasn't intaking.
Ok...i was thinking ensure i just have no appetite at all
Ask your doctor, hun. I'm thinking it will depend on ingredients. Complan is definitely fine but I would be cautious about sports/performance nutritional supplements.
