Honesty in the first trimester... Just eat what you can. Worry about "proper nutrition" in the 2nd and 3rd. For now just drink plenty of fluids and take your vitamins and eat what/when you can. You're baby will take what it needs and be just fine. I personally lived on fruit smoothies and pop tarts and cereal and Popsicles lol. Then in my 2nd and 3rd I got to eating more nutritious meals.
It's super common!! I was always hungry, but it's prefectly normal not to be too much just make sure you are eating as best you can!!!
Thanx for making me feel that i m not alone to have food aversion . If it is common phenomenon wud u plz tell me how to get proper nutrtion required without taking any food.
Im 8 weeks pregnant and feeling the same...i have lost 2kg in the last week alone..the smell of foods just turns my stomach but try force a little even if its just some toast or a piece of fruit very few hours and as long as youre getting plenty of fluids i wouldnt worry abouy it..it quite common
Food aversion is a very common symptom. I haven't really had any cravings. And my whole first trimester I was grossed out by most food smells/taste
