Ensure or boost
have any ladies tried either drink during pregnancy? What are your thoughts?

At the beginning of this pregnancy I was severely sick and losing weight. My dr recommended trying ensure. So I would say that is definitley safe.
Ensure is Great
I haven't tried it but don't see y u shouldn't try ensure. It's high on protien which is needed during pregnancy n has lots of vitamins. I take protien shakes but just cuz that's what I used to take between my workouts. Boost I haven't read the nutritional label.
I like the protein shakes.
