lossing it while pregnant

Last time I was expecting I lost a lot of weight right away with out trying but gained some back after the loss of the baby. They was to be expected tho. But this time I lost about 40 lbs and was trying to durring the summer. I have gained about 4 lbs since I found out I'm expecting again I'm about 6 weeks 2 days. Would it be safe for me to exercise like I normally do. I'm not talking about hard core workouts or anything just joging and lifting a lil weights.

Most dr say stick to normal routine.  So if you jog 3 times a week don't go over that. I would say with the jogging but maybe lessen the amount of time.

Be very careful about lifting weights, that can be dangerous for the pregnancy, but if you're already a jogger it won't hurt you si long as you don't over exert yourself.  Light exercise is always recommended during pregnancy.
