Wow! Yeah it can be a scary thing. But the iron pills my doc have me taking Dont send me to the bathroom lol I wish it would... Once your morning sickness starts to ease down hopefully u will get ur appetite back pretty good n u can start eating more food with iron in them. The other lady made some good points about the iron that I didn't even know. Because with my first pregnancy I didn't go threw this my iron was perfectly fine. This time its different.

It doesnt affect the baby it affects you and it can be very serious remember you will lose a lot of blood during delivery and if your hemoglobin its not on level it can be very bad! (not trying to scare) it happened to me too and I raised by eating lentils, cereal, wheat germ, fruits and spinach

Ur welcome! Honestly I'm not sure if it effect the baby, I'm hoping that it wont. I'm still having the same problem with my iron... And I really don't like taking the iron pills because it gives me really really bad constipation so I try to eat as much foods as I can with the iron in them so I can avoid taking the pills. How many weeks are you?

I also have low iron n my doctor put me on iron pills. But I try to eat more foods that has iron in them. Like dark leafy greens. Even shrimp, chicken, Turkey and beef also fruits. Try some of these eat small portions or whatever u can keep down for now. But that should help a little certain cereals are good as well. Good luck:-)
