Just saw that you posted that your twelve weeks...
Drink lots and lots of water, stay away from soda, anything that could cause dehydration or water retention (salt, caffeine)
Best of luck through your pregnancy

I did with my first...boost your intake of fluids, it helps some, I was extremely dehydrated, pregnant in the hot summer will do that.
They were doing sonos about every other week checking baby and also hooked me up to the fetal monitor weekly the last 8wks. They told me that drinking more water wouldn't necessarily help increase the amniotic fluid to any significant amount, but to see the amniotic fluid increase every couple of weeks by drinking more, I say that is honestly your best bet.
Good luck mama, how much longer do you have til little one arrives?

My doc told me the same thing about a month ago, so she sent me to a specialist and they said i was well above the danger zone. Hopefully that's the case for you. Good luck mama and try not to stress.
