low pressure plus pain

I have been having a lot of discomfort especially since the baby is low but I have been getting a lot of pain and some times it's constant and it does not matter on any position I am in. . I saw my doctor the other day she said its from being on my feet and my stomach is tired of holding him up.. I just don't understand why I am in so much pain and why its constant.. It travels to my back at times. I am looking for second opions.. This pregnancy isn't the best still getting morning sickness, passing kidney stones lots more. . I am 27 weeks.

Ye the doctors don't help me either they even say it's not that important and they would not do ultrasound unless I cannot stand the pain.  I'll go to the doctor again  in two weeks see what she says.

I am suffering from the same thing.  It always hurts when i walk and stand up, I hope it's not a urinary track infection i have my doctors appointment in two weeks but I am so worried.  Maybe it's the way the baby is positioned and it pushes on your organs.
