lower back pain.

I know we cant really use anything for back aches etc in pregnancy but im sure all the experienced mum would know some trick lol. Iv had really bad back ache since morning (5 hours now) and its been like some one has just smashed my hip bones and is stepping on my lower stomach.  Im 14 weeks and 2 days I cn just about get up and mk food or go bathroom.  Plz advice ladies . Thank you .. xx

Hi guys I went to doctors she just gave me normal paracetamols to take. Its so awfull I felt at one point my back will collapse now and ill be in bed all my life lol starving ofcourse hubby had to go work. I pray evry ones pregnancy gets easy and labour time just flys and no one feels a pinch .. I wish dt was posdoble but we cn just hope

Tylenol is safe during pregnancy. Also, prenatal yoga. It has helped me in the past.

Fill up your hot water bottle, pop it in its cover or wrap it in a towel and sit back with your feet up, the hot water bottle behind your back where it hurts.   Repeat as necessary throughout the day. x

Only thing yhat has ever worked fir me is a hot bath/water bottle and hubby rubbing where it hurts there isn't a lot you can do try laying flat and brjnhing your knees up slowly to your chest that may relieve and pressure xx
