please help

I was sent from my doctor's office to l&d today for my blood pressure being high. 150/100 at his office. When I got to l&d the took urine, blood and laid me on my left side. All the lab work came back fine. After about 20 minutes of being on my left side they checked my bp. It was 110/54. After monitoring me and the baby for 2 hours or so I was sent home. They told me come back if I started contracting or if my bp goes back up.  My hospital is an hour away and my bp goes up if I am not laying
on my left. Right now it is 146/94 and I am sitting on the couch with my feet up.  I am afraid if I go back that they will do the same thing again and will just be sent home. The only time I don't have a headache is when I am laying down.  What would y'all do?

That has happened to me, but it was before i was pregnant,  you need to drink water, and some gatorade or pedialite,  because you need the electrolytes...and you need potassium,  so eat some banana.
Also you need to take your blood pressure,  laying down,  then sitting up with your feet flat on the ground, then standing up. If you get the same results or very close to it eat time, then you are ok. And you need to take these tests back to back. Also salt and sodium will higher your blood pressure.  So try to remove that from your diet for now.
