Sounds like baby is on your sciatic nerve. Try the cat/cow position in yoga, or lean our bounce gently on an exercise ball. It will help baby move off that nerve in your spine and you'll feel better. Once you find what works to move baby you can do it more quickly when they go back to that spot again.
Yep definitely sounds like baby's on ur siatic nerve try some stretches and also found helpful was heat. We have one of them things u put in the microwave wow it felt amazing definitely helped with my pain till the baby decided to move.
