if I cook lunch meat is it safe to eat? I got the all natural turkey breast and was thinking about cooking it..?
If you are worried about listeria, then heating the lunch meat will take care of that problem. My doctor advised me to eat even heated lunch meat sporadically because of the high nitrate content.
