made bad choice

I am 29 weeks and had been extremely sick through my whole pregnancy and had been smoking marijuana up until 28weeks.. does any one know if it will show up in the baby's stool when he is born?

I feel yu on this.. I'm 9 weeks.. an i smoke.. only to ease my nausea.. an help me eat.. it's not harmful to the baby bt i would advise that yu stop now because it can turn into a cps case.. my friends sister smoked as well an shes stopping soon too.. not saying it's okay.. bt some ppl turn to itt too ease the sickness an help them.. some doctors grown upon it done don't.. I'm going to tell my doctor about it in my next appt.. my nurse said there also medication that can be prescribed to help the nausea an queasy feeling.. so i might do that instead..

Your Dr knows you've been smoking. They test you for all drugs every dr's visit, that's why you pee for them. It will show up in the baby if you breastfeed and it's in your system and if you continue to smoke. If you've quit now and go full term you and baby will be clean.

As far as I have heard its only going to show up in you're breast milk if you don't have any more of the substance for the last ten weeks of your pregnancy. Honestly, your best bet would probably be taking to your ob. I know that doesn't sound like a great idea right now, but if you explain to them that you have been doing this, but that you have quit. If something does come back during or after birth they will already have it on record that you have stopped.
