massage during pregnancy
Is a back massage ok during the eigth month.. the spa had it on menu, but I was still wondering is it ok to get it done on the back?
Yes its fine you will probably have to let them know in advance though as you cant lie on your tummy on their bed
Yep. They do change the massage a little to accommodate for the pregnancy but it's fine.
Should be fine let them know how far along you are so they can avoid surtain pressure points
