meds or remedies for cold & cough??
Just wondering what I can take for a bad cough that I have, doesn't let me sleep at night and since I cough so hard it makes me dizzy and feel a sharp cramp sometimes...Also a stuffy nose with sore throat...I just want some relief & it seems to be getting worse rather than better, I also don't want to get my 2 young kids sick either. Anything safe for me to take? Thanks in advance!

Cutchin- with the humidifier I usually pour some liquid vicks in there do you do that also? Where can you find the peppermint tea at?
I got a humidifier n drank alot of peppermint n lemon tea with honey n also sucked on lemons it helped went away in about a week and a half
