melatonin!? Helppp

I know we naturally produce it (melatonin thats what causes us to get sleepy)... but if im having sleeping problems, is it safe to take in pill form?

I take it almost every night. If I didn't I wouldn't sleep. My ob says it fine. I'm almost 35 weeks and my son is perfectly healthy

You can purchase an organic version at a whole foods one of my gf took it while preggers..I took organic unisom to help me sleep

I take melatonin not pregnant but my ob said not to take it during pregnancy. It hasn't been studied enough.

Really.... ahhhhhhh! I just brought some melatonin gummy bears. Lol the pharmacist ok'd it. :(  thanks doll. @mrsreeder2be

No. Melatonin is not safe in pregnancy. However you can take benadryl to help you sleep.
