I was told a man can have one and not know it and give it to the woman. So he could of had it and gave it to you. Don't put yourself down.
Omg you girls have been a real helper, and I really thought men couldn't carry yeast. I've been googling. And now see other wise
With my last pregnancy, my husband and I didn't realize he could get them. While his weren't real itchy anything, you could tell. At my dr he told us that we are just going to pass it back and forth, put both of us on the same medicine and told us no sex for 4 days, it cleared up quick!
This is my 5th pregnancy l and everytime ivr been pregnant I get a darn yeast infection. Usually from certain soaps I use. I understand. They're awful lol but as soon as your boyfriend gets those lovely antibiotics it'll clear up in a jiffy. Probably only a day or 2 and he'll start feeling relief. I'm not exactly sure the treatment for men but for us pregnant women we have a wonderful single pill we take and within 3 days the nasty things is gone lol my husband isn't circumsized as well and I wonder if that does have something to do with it. Due to the fact that the extra skin there can harbor bacteria if not cleaned properly. My husband has given me yeast infection while pregnant after we've had sex. he's a pretty clean make but like u said he has that extra skin there to harbor bacteria. Your boyfriends doctor will give him a rundown on how to prevent yeast infections in the future. This may sound bad but you guys are going thru this together so that may bring him some comfort in knowing that you understand his discomfort.
I was thinking the same . he is going to the doc tomorrow. He is so miserable I hate that he has to have it
Yes. Anyone can get a yeast infection. It's also super common in pregnancy to get one seeing how out baodies produce more years when pregnant. Men can get yeast infections as well its just not as common as women.
