Swelling

Hey Ladies!
I'm 22w pregnant and for the past few weeks I've been having really bad swelling in my feet. Not my ankles though, litterally the bottoms of my feet look like I had botox injected into them. Its really painful. Every time I've been to the drs my bloodpressure has been perfect if not a little low, and I try to avoid too much salt. Anyone else have this kind of swelling? And any suggestions on helping it go down would be splended. Thanks!

Lol..yeah I had to do it a few times before I saw much difference. I would definitely keep trying that. And have someone rub your feet with a even pressure in a motion up toward the legs. That helped to push the fluid into the system and out of my feet. If it keeps up, I would totally bring it up to the dr. Hope you find relief soon. Its hard enough to do the pregnant waddle, if your swelling is in the same place mine was you also feel like you're in moon shoes. Lol

Thanks, the epsom salts are really relaxing. I tried them a few days ago. I didnt really notice a difference in the swelling, but it did feel oh so nice... must go out and get more!

I did with my last son. It turned out to be a temporary back up in my lymph nodes. Try Epsom salt soaks until you can see your dr. The salt helps to draw out the excess fluid. And it is really relaxing.
